Subscription Service
This service offers multiple benefits for landlords. The scheduled check-ups cover potential issues such as leaks, plumbing, windows, mold, and other damages, preventing costly repairs down the line. By incorporating this service into tenancy agreements, both landlords and tenants benefit from these reports and images. Many tenants hesitate to report issues due to busy schedules, embarrassment, or concerns about rent increases, often overlooking the shared responsibility of property maintenance and the potential for costly future repairs.
Once you have chosen a service, you will recieve an email within 24 hours specifying your first visit date. We will send a letter out to the tenants/property 2 weeks before visiting, we advise for you to also contact your tenants and make them aware of this service. Once the tenacy agreement is up for renewal, we advise putting this agreement in place, as if the tenants don't answer the door, or don't let us in the inspection may be pushed into another month. We will work closley with the landlords to ensure this doesn't happen.
We can inspect a property at the begining and/or end of tennancy, to asure you that your house has been taken care of, and in the unfortunate event that it hasnt, we will take images of any damage for your reference and even provide a quick no strings attached quote to put this right.

One monthly subscription, covers 1 full house inspection, every 3 months, minimum term 6 months. If you have more than 1 house, this will need 2 seperate subscriptions.
If cancelled before end of 6 month period, when checks have been completed, you will be invoiced and contacted for further payment.
